M/s MINIETOES RETAILERS PRIVATE LIMITED was incorporated on 2nd January 2023 and is engaged in the business of all kinds of kid-wear along with baby care products, toys, and all accessories etc.

Our Business Focus

The main object of our company is to carry on the business of trading, importers of all kinds of clothing, ready-made garments, footwear, bags, stationeries, baby care products, toys and all accessories related to fashion & lifestyle products of kids.

Our Stores

FirstCry Franchise Partnership

Our company entered into a Franchisee Agreement with FirstCry Brand in 2023 for physical stores in Noida and Delhi NCR. FirstCry is an Indian e-commerce and multinational retail company specializing in baby, kids and maternity products for newborns to 12-year age group kids.

Mrs. Swati Kale

Education: B.Com (Graduate) from Delhi University

Mrs. Swati Kale has vast experience in the field of Finance and Marketing, with domain expertise in baby care products.

She is the co-founder of Minietoes Retailers Private Limited, which currently operates 5 stores of FirstCry franchise. The company started with one store in March 2023 and has grown successfully to operate 5 stores today.

Minietoes Retailers Private Limited is the biggest franchisee owner of FirstCry in Delhi NCR, achieving a total turnover of ₹11.00 crore in the last year.

Mrs. Kale is also the co-founder of a restaurant chain in Delhi NCR, currently operating 3 outlets with a vision to become a PAN India brand.

Mr. Pushkar Nath

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (passed in January 2009)

Mr. Pushkar Nath has 15 years of vast experience in the field of Indirect Taxation including GST, Custom, Service Tax, and excise along with allied laws.

He is the co-founder of Minietoes Retailers Private Limited, which currently operates 5 stores of FirstCry franchise. The company started with one store in March 2023 and has grown successfully to operate 5 stores today.

Minietoes Retailers Private Limited is the biggest franchisee owner of FirstCry in Delhi NCR, achieving a total turnover of ₹11.00 crore in the last year.

Mr. Nath also has experience in investment in start-up businesses. He has invested in local manufacturing of Silver Nano Paste Plant in Greater Noida. Currently, most silver paste in India is imported from outside the country.
